Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as eyelashes, removable bra pads, and other personal-use accessories may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items
- Final sale or clearance products
- Gift cards
- Opened hygiene or personal care products
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Packora cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
